How to use the web site
The website has been designed for ease of use with powerful functionality. Simply browse through the subcategries for product details and prices. For help and support please click here for contact details.
How to buy online
When browsing through the products, simply click on the "Add to Basket" button next to/bottom of the product. If you have not already signed up for an account, you will be redirected to a sign up page, where you can create a new shopping account.
How to use the shopping basket
The Shopping Basket page consists of four buttons, namely "Clear", "Update Totals", "Continue Shopping", and "Check Out". It also displays the selected items you wish to purchase and a breakdown of the price structure. If you would like to add more products to your shopping basket, simply click on the "Continue Shopping" icon. If you wish to check out with the selected products, click "Check Out" where you will then be directed to the payments page.
How to place an order
To place an order, you simply have to sign in with your username and password, select the product you want, and add it to the basket. The Shopping Cart outlines all the products you would like to purchase and placing your order is as easy as "Checking Out".
How to pay for your order
Once you have ordered the items, you will be directed to the Payment Options page. Your name and account information will be displayed on the top. In the "Collection Address" tab, use the drop down box and select the "Collection" option. In the Payment Options tab, simply select the "Debit" option and click "Next". The Order Number will be generated. Please note: Please print out a copy of the order page as this is your Proof of Purchase when collecting the product.
How to see the order status
Once you have purchased your products, you will be directed to the Shopping Basket page. Herein you will see the items tou selected to purchase, the total amount for each product, and the total price in your Shopping Basket. If at any time you would like to see the details of your Shopping Basket, simply click the "Shopping Basket" icon at the top of the page. |
